The event will be led by Senior Vice President and Chief Economist, Glen Hodgson, along with Deputy Chief Economist, Pedro Antunes. The conference will offer business owners and policy leaders an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Manitoba’s future from a municipal, provincial, federal and multinational perspective.

This breakfast, which is a part of the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce’s MBiz Breakfast series, offers attendees the unique opportunity to learn how to market their businesses, with expert advice from Mariette Mulaire, President & CEO, World Trade Centre Winnipeg, and a chance to network with other business professionals in Winnipeg.

Presented by Economic Development Winnipeg and the Women’s Enterprise Centre of Manitoba, SHEday 2016 is a leadership event for female business owners and entrepreneurs in our province.
The event will feature 10 keynote presentations from inspiring women in business who will share their thoughts on the importance of teamwork, financial wellness and building your personal brand. Attendees will receive lunch, snacks and access to a headshot lounge as well as a speed mentoring session.

Location: Brandon Keystone Centre. This one’s not technically Winnipeg, but a large double-double and a 2-hour drive West will get you there.
Cost: Admission is free
The Manitoba Ag Day Show is an exposition of agricultural production expertise, technology and equipment that attracts exhibitors, businesspeople and visitors from across Canada and the United States.
This free expo provides attendees with the opportunities to speak to representatives in the areas of agricultural technology, business and equipment, as well as seminars and information sessions throughout the entire event.
March 5-6, 2016
Location: RBC Convention Centre
Cost: $5 at the door
The Winnipeg Franchise Expo is a two-day event where business owners can meet face-to-face with representatives from top franchise and businesses who are looking to expand.
In addition to the opportunity to see what sorts of franchise opportunities are available to them, there are a variety of free information sessions which cover everything from legal advice and financial strategies to marketing plans.
